We have now introduced a new appointment system to manage the demand for urgent appointments. If you feel you need seen urgently please call the surgery at 8.30am and no later than 10.30am on the day you need seen. Our patient advisers will take all relevant information and signpost you to the correct service or appointment.

Our patient advisers are fully trained to manage these calls and are subject to GDPR regulations the same as the clinical staff, therefore any information you provide will be treated with the utmost confidence and stored according to GDPR regulations.

Please note that our calls may be recorded to assist with training and monitoring purposes.
