To Order a Prescription

Patients on long-term medication can repeat prescriptions in the following ways:

• Patient Access Users  - please use the following link https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk/
• By telephone - We have a 24 hour repeat prescription ordering line. 0141 418 1080 press option 1.    
• In person - please tick the medication required on the repeat request form (found on the tear-off page attached to your last prescription) and post it in the prescription box, alternatively hand it in at reception. If you wish us to post your prescription back to you please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

Please allow us 48 hours notice excluding weekends and bank holidays when ordering repeat prescriptions, and 3 - 4 days for return of postal requests.

PLEASE DO NOT PHONE TO CONFIRM YOUR PRESCRIPTION IS READY, contact your chosen pharmacy with any queries before phoning the surgery. 

Please do not request repeat prescriptions when speaking to our admin team on the telephone.
